Quantia Fletcher
Telling Arkansas’s African American story through community programming.
Quantia Fletcher is the director of the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center in Little Rock, the state museum dedicated to telling the stories and honoring the experiences of African Americans in Arkansas. She brings more than 18 years of experience in grants, writing, and strategy to the role, and is also the CEO of KeyFit Life.
At the Arkansas Folklife Festival, Fletcher co-leads the Braiding Hair, Intertwining Community session, a conversation that showcases the traditional art of African American hair braiding as an enduring cultural practice in Central Arkansas.
