Food, Culture, and Community on the Border

The Arkansas Folklife Festival joined forces with Arkansas United at the Catfish & Mudbug Festival in downtown Texarkana — celebrating the rich food traditions and diverse cultural identity of the region. The event connected community resources with residents of Texarkana and surrounding areas under the framework of America 250.
