Scarlet Sims

Scarlet Sims is the Artist Services Manager for the Arkansas Arts Council. Her background includes experience in journalism, marketing, and education, and her work supports the artistic and cultural development of Arkansans through state arts programming.
Sims is also a visual artist who uses multiple mediums to create paintings and other artworks. At the Arkansas Folklife Festival, she appears in conversation with master bladesmith Jerry Fisk in celebration of the Arkansas Living Treasure Award as it enters its 25th year.
