Can we sponsor in-kind

When is the deadline

Early sponsorship applications close May 1, 2026. Late submissions are considered on a rolling basis until May 15. We encourage you to apply early for maximum promotional benefit.

Is sponsorship tax deductible

Yes. The Arkansas Folklife Festival is produced by a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your sponsorship qualifies as a charitable contribution. We'll provide documentation for your records.

What recognition do sponsors receive
