We offer four tiers: Presenting, Gold, Silver, and Community. Each provides distinct visibility and recognition benefits tailored to your organization's goals and budget. Download our prospectus for complete details on each level.

Can we sponsor in-kind

When is the deadline

Early sponsorship applications close May 1, 2026. Late submissions are considered on a rolling basis until May 15. We encourage you to apply early for maximum promotional benefit.

Is sponsorship tax deductible

Yes. The Arkansas Folklife Festival is produced by a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your sponsorship qualifies as a charitable contribution. We'll provide documentation for your records.

What recognition do sponsors receive

Recognition varies by tier and includes festival program listings, website placement, social media mentions, and on-site signage. Presenting sponsors receive prominent placement across all materials.
