Osceola’s own UniverSOUL artist Iyuana Childs brings her full band to the festival for a Friday‑evening set that crosses gospel, soul, country, and Delta R&B in a single sweat‑soaked breath.
Iyuana Childs

Iyuana Childs calls herself a UniverSOUL artist, and the only way to understand what that means is to see her with her band.

The Osceola native, now based in West Memphis, has built a career on the simple refusal to stay inside any one box. Her sets move from gospel to Southern soul to R&B to country and back again, all delivered in a voice that has shared stages with Calvin Richardson, Antonio Armani, 803 Fresh, and Arkansas’s own Bobby Rush. Her recent singles “Arkansas Woman” and “Ridin and Slidin” come with original line dances she choreographs herself, because for Iyuana the music has never been complete until the room is moving.

This Friday‑evening set introduces festival audiences to one of the most exciting young vocal talents working in Arkansas Delta soul today.
